1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions apply to all use of the jita aci platform and its services. By accessing or using the jita aci website, mobile application, or any related services, you are considered to have automatically accepted these terms.

In this document, "platform" refers to the jita aci website, app, and the full range of its services. "Member" refers to a person who holds a registered account, and "we" or "authority" refers to the organisation that operates jita aci.

The jita aci platform is strictly for adults only.

2 Membership and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To register on jita aci, a member must be at least 21 years old. The date of birth provided at registration must be accurate. The authority reserves the right to verify age at any time, and the account will be suspended if proof cannot be provided.

2.2 One Person — One Account

Each person may create only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all of them will be closed immediately and their balances may be forfeited. If different members of the same household operate separate accounts from the same device or network, the authority should be informed in advance.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

The name, mobile number, email address, and payment method details provided at registration must be fully accurate and kept up to date. Providing incorrect or false information may result in account closure as well as forfeiture of any funds held.

3 Account Management

3.1 Login Security

The member is fully responsible for the login credentials of their own account. Sharing your password with anyone is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the jita aci support team immediately.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

jita aci may request identity documents, proof of address, or payment method verification for withdrawals above a certain amount or for other reasons. If documents are not provided within the specified time, the account may be temporarily restricted.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

If there is no login or transaction for six consecutive months, the account may be marked as inactive. The authority may apply a maintenance fee to inactive accounts — members will be notified in advance of any such change.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Minimum Amount

The following methods are accepted for deposits on jita aci:

• bKash
• Nagad
• Rocket
• Upay
• Bank Transfer (Dutch-Bangla, BRAC, Islami Bank, and other listed banks)

The minimum deposit for each method is ৳100. Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the member's own name — deposits through third parties are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Processing Time

The same methods apply for withdrawals — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are normally processed within 10–45 minutes. In some cases, verification may cause the process to take a little longer.

4.3 Payment Verification

Withdrawals may be required to be made through the same method used for the deposit. The authority reserves the right to hold and verify any suspicious transactions. If fraud is suspected, the relevant funds will be frozen.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. Before withdrawing the bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times.

5.2 Other Promotions

jita aci regularly runs various promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms and wagering requirements. It is the member's responsibility to read the full terms of any promotion before claiming it.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses can only be withdrawn after the specified conditions have been met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time unless the offer's terms explicitly allow it.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they can only be used through wagering.
• The authority reserves the right to cancel any bonus if fraud or a breach of terms is proven.
• Accurate and up-to-date account information is required to receive bonus benefits.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Amounts

Each game and betting market has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed in the game or market interface. jita aci reserves the right to change these limits at any time.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a bet or game session is left incomplete due to a server outage, network problem, or software error, the authority will make a decision in accordance with the applicable rules. Members may not claim compensation in such situations, but the authority may use its discretion after reviewing the relevant incident.

6.3 Finality of Results

For sports betting, the official match result will be considered final. In live casino games, the dealer's decision and the game engine's result are final. If an incorrect payout has been made due to an error, jita aci reserves the right to recover it.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jita aci platform:

• Creating or operating an account on behalf of a minor.
• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits (bonus arbitrage).
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets or play games.
• Attempting to access or hack another member's account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or to introduce illegal funds.
• Misconduct or harassment toward other members or staff.
• Deliberately exploiting vulnerabilities in the platform.

If any such activity is proven, the account will be closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited.

8 Limitation of Liability

jita aci provides a technology service, but the member is fully responsible for any gains or losses from gaming and betting. The authority is not responsible for:

• Any loss caused by internet disconnection.
• Software errors from third-party game providers.
• Loss resulting from the member's own password or login details being leaked.
• Matters relating to the member's personal circumstances or legal position.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Action by the Authority

jita aci may temporarily or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following situations:

• Breach of these terms and conditions.
• Providing false or incomplete information.
• Suspicious financial activity.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Attempting to compromise the security or integrity of the platform.

9.2 Voluntary Closure by the Member

Any member may request to voluntarily close their own account. In this case, any remaining eligible balance will be returned subject to the applicable conditions. 10 Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, please contact the jita aci customer support team first. Support is available 24/7 via live chat or email — in both Bengali and English.

After a dispute is submitted, the authority will review the relevant logs, transaction history, and server records, and will communicate a decision within a reasonable time. The decision will be considered final and binding.

11 Changes and Updates

jita aci reserves the right to amend, change, or update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified in advance by email or in-app notification.

If a member continues to use the platform after a change, they are considered to have accepted the revised terms. We therefore recommend reading this page again regularly. The "Last updated" date shown at the top of the page indicates when the most recent change was made.
